“The villages in Alsace were amazing. Unfortunately, the organization and the guide were very poor: A)over an hour waiting for the other cars -it would have been easy to suggest us to visit the village while waiting for the others. B) the guide should had explained the program in advance- the group was asking it all the time c) poor coordination for lunch time., and that happened just because some people were asking g for it d) the guide gave his contact in case of need, unfortunately when I called him during the excursion he didn’t pickup the call (in one of the villages)”
