Then we made financiers and baked them. Next we rolled a croissant and David explained the history, how the dough is made and layered. I do have a new appreciation of the amount of work that goes into each type of bread and pastry. This particular bakery is all organic and one of the few in Paris that makes everything in-house. We met the owner and many of the bakers and everyone was so friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend…”
