I do think the description was not entirely the experience as significant amt of time was spent on walking through how cheese is made, esp history of cheese making in France. The wine/cheese pairing was only part of the experience and it was more on the cheese and not a real focus on the wines we were trying and why. I think the description should capture that half the time is walking around the museum and hearing the history of cheese making with little connection to the wine or art of pairing. All that said-…”
