“Excellent price, meeting point, transportation and time for visit. Our only comment is the opposite of what most travelers would say: 5.5 hours is too long a stay in Carcassonne. By the time you complete the visit to the castle (1.5 hour, unless you want to read and memorize each poster) and meander along all streets and buy a souvenir or two, eat a leisurely lunch at a resto and then have a coffee at another, you easily have over an hour to wait for the bus. A 3:30 or 4 pm departure would be ideal. Would I go to Carcassonne any other way? No this trip was ideal.”

Would recommend the bus driver put a sign in the window stating he is the Viator Tour Bus as there was another red bus at the pick up in Carcassonne and several people got on the wrong bus. Lovely day exploring the Chateau and the old city.”
